Interested in writing music? Aren’t sure where to start?

You’re in the right place.
Do any of these describe you?
  • You love to play music, or love to sing, but you’ve never had the courage to write your own music
  • You start writing a song and then find yourself getting in your own head about it, giving in to the critical voice inside and and stopping before you ever finish
  • You’ve experimented with writing music, but you’re getting stuck along the way and need some fresh ideas for how to approach it
  • You’re ready to take your songwriting to the next level, and you’re looking to hear how another experienced songwriter approaches their process
You’re not alone. I see this happen all the time. It’s why I’m thrilled to be offering this workshop, which I’ve shared with many people across the United States and even around the world, with you.

The good news is, when you get the hang of this simple process, you’ll have what you need to write your own music, with more confidence and a way to avoid getting stuck.

Imagine…
  • Writing a song to gift to a loved one
  • Performing your original music at a coffeehouse or open mic night
  • Channeling your feelings into your original music, whenever the urge hits you
  • Beginning to find your own unique musical voice

That’s why you’re invited to join me for…

Ross Malcolm Boyd

Ross Malcolm Boyd is a dedicated music educator, musician, engineer and composer with twenty years of teaching experience. Ross began studying music in high school. While his first love was guitar, he was quick to embrace the piano as well. He's been in love with the ukulele since 2014, attending events and teaching group and individual classes and workshops on the instrument, and more recently he's added classical guitar (and the theorbo!) into the mix. Ross’s creativity can be seen in the teaching studio, the recording studio, and working on original musical projects. He spent five years traveling the country, performing and teaching, in a 25' RV with his wife.
